Introduction
The sculptor Shu Wei Chang is from Pintung of Taiwan. His product was selected by Hualien International Stone Sculpture symposium many times. He used to study wood craft and the skill of repairing wood architecture, and the education led him to put a warm and gentle emotion in his rational products, which take the audience into the spiritual world and feel his love for Taiwan.
Chang likes to create one product with single material. He is very interested in traditional architecture and his goal is to create his own brand of art products which combine the materials of stone with wood. He is also very positive in participating competitions and has earned many awards of art in Taiwan. The experience of Hualien International Stone Sculpture Symposium offers artists a chance to have a contact with many other artists from different countries and share international creation information. Shu Wei Chang shows his ambition in sculpture competition and hope one day his dream can be come true.
