Hualien Stone Sculpture Museum

White marble is like satin wound into a rectangular window. The endless loops of the soft lines and surfaces across the stone’s hardness are like the natural cycle of life and death. Moving along the line of sight, the rectangle becomes a triangle, disappearing and reappearing until the sculpture space forms a window to a view. Through this window, the view behind the sculpture along with the inherent connotations of the work become as one, and into a chain of unlimited scenery!
