Hualien Stone Sculpture Museum

The artist’s exquisite chiseled technique makes the hollowed stone appear an oval shape with three dimension-like interwoven tridimensional lines which surface textures and tincture show out the splendor and glitteringly translucent texture of the stone material that is as elegant and charming as Chinese ink painting. The work takes the modeling of a double helix as if the origin of life has been built and the dividedly symmetric cell is designed, while the softness has hollowed out capricious lines and the correspondent plane is full of twisted symmetric and perceptual visual effects that make viewers assume the work is produced by mathematic calculation and it is a prototype with symmetrical shape.
