Three types of space
When we define “space” as man-made building, the spatial fact would be greatly contracted due to our limited eyesight. In the stonework, the artist reverses our concerns to entity and makes us re-find three types of space. At first, it is the time-space and light-shadow hovering around the building endlessly; then, we are encouraged to catch the light shining from above, left and right sides; in the end, the light moves with natural time course, and the object is put into space with shadows suddenly zooming in and out, back and forth, and it becomes movable and sliding dynamic accessory. The light and shadow moved by time and space can come and go profoundly and shallowly just like the trace of kiss in one’s memories.
