Untitled
The artist imitates Romanian artist Constantin Brâncuşi, the most influential Sculptor in 20th century, to make mainly abstract stonework with smooth and subtle texture. This work “Untitled” is carved vigorously, harmoniously with flowing streamline and graceful lines in shape. Being more concise than his former stonework “anonymity”, the modeling of the work is a bulk of three curved dimensions with abstract shape of drip line. The whole stonework is carved as a nut so full of energy that would crack in no time; such seemingly power of life has left infinite imaginative room for viewers who can engage in visual dialogue with the stonework by appreciating various dimensions of it from different angles.
