Hualien Stone Sculpture Museum

Following the simple beauty of the nature in his creative ideas, the artist expresses special immediacy and Zenistic connotation in his stonework. This work tries to present the condition of waves rolling over the seashore. While the material phenomenon is amplified to several times, it would always become seemingly a giant’s instrument. Choosing any spindrift stimulated by waves which are colliding the seashore to be the model of creating, it will be huge and powerful. The two ends of the work are curved elegantly with flat appearances, like a coiled article stretching out its resilient and powerful balance, while the smooth channel in the middle part can keep the waves coming back and forth like sea billows colliding the seashore continuously day and night, and the seashore has been kneaded and become more and more sleek.
