Skylight to Freedom
The Artist Moshe Perelman creates a rectangular prism with window, door and polished surface to represent the freedom is prisoned by the small and limited space. There are different stories of the four sides, including a round window, and a half-open tough door, a stone plate bolted with steel strip, etc. Even the air seems frozen in this tiny box space. This sculpture is placed in the outdoor grass garden to display the aspiration for freedom. If you go inside the space and look through the half-open window, you can feel the obvious difference of light, air and view.
