Hualien Stone Sculpture Museum

These two elegant oval stones display a contrast of big and small by the Artist Sibylle Pasche. One stone represents the earth, and the other represents the ocean. There are tiny concaves and irregular lines on the stone surface to represent the horizon and the large waves. The beauty of the border between sky and ocean can always attract people’s eyes and heart. The simple shape of the stone is like the vision through a wild-angle lens, and the big concave is like pupil of the eye. It is a beautiful country in the dream through the exaggerate eyes.
