Raining Stone
The artist uses rectangular shapes to be the main model of the work with lots of scattered, tilted but orderly long rectangular columns in two sides. The artist expresses the lines of dense and continuous rains by symbolic imagery so as to unfold the dynamic sense in a static work by making the light mobilize and twinkle among the densified and stacked columns. The artist hopes that the interlaced linear and dynamic flows can express the instant impression of the work and raise viewers’ visual perceptions for the nature which have been paralyzed for a long time. The simple geometry can be integrated into living agenda, richen the necessitous life attitude and make viewers recognize and be moved by the positive spirit of “to see a world in a grain of sand and a heaven in a wild flower.”
