Heaven’s Gate
This work is a model for a competition. The idea by sculptor, GORAN CPAJAK, was to make a large sculpture that would be set outdoors, preferably on a grass, so that viewers could approach and appreciate nature through it. Utilizing two asymmetric squares to form a sense of contraction, the work integrate nature into its structure by framing and shrinking the surroundings, hence blending into the environment.
