Hualien Stone Sculpture Museum

It is a sculpture of two people walking side by side whose bodies and shadows seem to move but not, seem to supportive but not. Nevertheless, the two hollow bodies seem to be one. The artist describe by himself, “I hope we are ideal traveling companions to each other. I have different expectation for each traveling and the more I involve, the more I expect.” It can be found that the hollow shape does not only maximize the aesthetics of the modeling, but also symbolizes the combination of the two travelers’ ideas that they can be companions to go forward and enjoy beautiful fantasies and expectations.
