The artist is amiable and approachable but would not easily compromise on his own works. “Horizon” is a semi-abstract work. In the rectangular modeling, it is carved in thin and thick sizes, and the artist makes the parallel part in the middle thinner, so as to let the light present semi-permeable brightness. He insists what he wants to present is the translucent effect caused by the extremely small light shining between the marbles when the sun rises or sets. Based on such effect as the main characteristic of his work, the artist would choose to take photos by the window, so as to truly display the artistic conception of the work.
