南區藝術展-「璞城石夢」

時間：106年6月24日至9月23日每天9:00-17:00

地點：玉里璞石藝術館(981花蓮縣玉里鎮民權街50號)

為服務本縣南區民眾，以及活絡地方藝文中心，花蓮縣政府自2014年起，將「花蓮國際石雕藝術季」展覽活動延伸至本縣玉里鎮，獲得民眾熱烈迴響，也得到地方藝文人士肯定。此活動見證了地方石雕藝術的脈絡及紋理，結合在地力量，以國際性、在地性與本土教育性的元素呈現石雕藝術之內涵，同時帶動地方藝文休閒與文化深耕之效益。據此，今年活動包含玉里高中石(美)工科的昔日光陰故事、石雕創作營等，搭配在地青年學子及社區藝文創作者，共同譜出花蓮石雕藝術季的豐富性及多元性。

Art Exhibition in Southern Hualien---“Stone Dream in Pushi City—where there are stones with jade in the rough”

Venue : Pu-shi Gallery, Yuli (981 No. 50, Min-chuan Street, Yuli Town, Hualien County).

In order to serve the residents in southern Hualien and activate the local literature and arts center, the county government has expended the exhibition of Hualien International Stone Sculpture Festival to Yuli Town, which won an impassioned response among the public and was approved by local artists and literates. The event has witnessed the thread and veining of local stone sculptural creation, combined local strength to present the connotation of stone carving art by way of localism and locally educational elements as well as to step up the deep-furrowed mileage of local literature, art and culture. Hereby, the Department of (Stone) Arts & Crafts in Yuli High School’s “Good-Old-Day Stories” exhibition and local community’s Stone Sculpture Creation Camp will be included in the event this year, so as to combine local students and community literates and artistic creators to compose the abundance and multiplicity of Hualien International Stone Sculpture Festival.
